If you are planning to enhance your home with stained glass, this site is for you. Here you can see examples of my work, and learn how I go about designing and making glass panels.
Windows are a primary source of light and are often the focal point of a room. Stained glass panels in windows and doors combine colour, light and texture to enhance an interior space. The panel can also act as a screen, if for example the view is not appealing, or if more privacy is required, or simply as a decorative feature. If you have any queries then please contact me for more information.
I trained as a fine artist and went on to specialize in stained glass as a postgraduate at Glasgow School of Art. I learned the initial stained glass technical skills as an apprentice at Lightfoots Glass Studio in Manchester. Over the years I have developed my own style, combining fusing with leaded light techniques, to produce decorative designs which readily harmonise with both modern and traditional homes.
I also produce mobiles and light catchers from left over materials, which can be purchased at various craft fairs in the north of England.
